Privacy Policy for Live 360

Live 360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Live 360 mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use our running tracker, pedometer, and daily movement tracking features.

Live 360 is designed as a private, no-login fitness tracking app. We do not require an account, and your activity data is stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Live 360 may access or process the following information only when needed to provide app features:

Motion and Fitness Data

The App may use motion and fitness data from your device to count steps, estimate distance, track movement, and calculate your daily 360 Movement Score.

This may include:

• Step count
• Walking or running distance
• Active minutes
• Estimated calories
• Movement activity

Location Data

Live 360 may request access to your location only when you use running or route tracking features.

Location data may be used to:

• Track your running route
• Calculate distance
• Display your route on a map
• Estimate pace and movement progress

Live 360 does not track your location when you are not using the running tracker feature.

Health Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may read selected health and fitness data with your permission.

This may include:

• Steps
• Distance
• Workouts
• Active energy
• Other fitness-related data you allow

Health data is used only to display activity insights and improve your movement tracking experience.

User-Entered Data

You may enter or save information inside the App, such as:

• Running goals
• Step goals
• Mood after a run
• Notes
• Preferences
• App settings

2. How We Use Information

Live 360 uses information to provide app functionality, including:

• Counting daily steps
• Tracking runs and walks
• Calculating distance, pace, calories, and active minutes
• Showing your 360 Movement Score
• Saving run history
• Showing progress, streaks, and insights
• Personalizing goals and onboarding experience
• Improving your in-app experience

3. Local Storage and Privacy

Live 360 is designed to store your data locally on your device.

We do not require:

• Account registration
• Login
• Cloud sync
• Backend storage
• User profile creation

Your run history, goals, mood tags, and movement data are stored on your device unless you manually export, share, or delete them.

4. No Selling of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Live 360 does not use paid backend services, Firebase, or external analytics by default.

The App may use Apple system services and frameworks, such as:

• CoreMotion
• CoreLocation
• MapKit
• HealthKit
• SwiftData or local device storage

These services are provided by Apple and are used only to enable app features on your device.

6. Apple Health Data

If the App uses Apple Health, your Health data is handled according to Apple’s HealthKit rules.

We do not:

• Sell Health data
• Use Health data for advertising
• Share Health data with third parties
• Use Health data for purposes unrelated to fitness tracking

You can manage or revoke Health permissions anytime in your iPhone Settings or Apple Health app.

7. Location Data

Live 360 uses location data only when necessary for route tracking.

Location data may be used to:

• Show your running path
• Calculate distance
• Calculate pace
• Save route history locally

We do not use your location for advertising or background tracking unrelated to your run.

You can disable location access anytime from your device settings.

8. Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Motion and fitness data
• Location while using the App
• Apple Health data, if supported
• Notifications, if reminders are enabled

You can allow or deny these permissions. Some features may not work properly if permissions are disabled.

9. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Live 360 may send reminders related to:

• Daily step goals
• Running goals
• Streaks
• Activity reminders

Notifications are optional and can be disabled anytime in your device settings.

10. Data Deletion

Because Live 360 stores your activity data locally, you can delete your data by:

• Using the “Clear All Data” option inside the App, if available
• Deleting individual run history entries
• Deleting the App from your device

Deleting the App may remove locally stored data from your device.

11. Children’s Privacy

Live 360 is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

Because the App does not require accounts or backend data collection, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Data Security

We use device-based storage and Apple system frameworks to help protect your information.

However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure with passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other protection methods.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the page where this Privacy Policy is hosted.

The updated version will include a new effective date.
